This year is very special for all the Poles. On November 11th we celebrated the 100th anniversary of Poland regaining independence after spending over 123 years divided amongst three neighboring powers.

On this day, at 12 o'clock, we all sang the Polish anthem.

On Friday, the 10th, we, as a school, also got involved in this celebration. We all gathered in our gym and we sang the anthem with our teachers. We wore smart clothes, the gym was beautifully decorated and everybody felt that this was a very special time.
